Air rates for 2013 are not yet available.
Present rates on Air Canada are approximately $620 CAD per person for a direct flight. Air rates are subject to change until actually booked.
Holland America reserves the right to re-instate the fule supplement for all guests up to $10.62 CAD per person per day if the NY/MEX oil price exceeds $70 US per barrel.
